Tim Forshaw
CEO
As CEO of Tower, Tim is responsible for the management of the operations of the company as well as setting its overall vision. His role is to ensure the vision is delivered ethically with all stakeholders (internal and external) being treated professionally and with care.
Personally, Tim likes not to just ensure profitability for Tower, but be part of a positive, professional work culture where colleagues are well remunerated and happy. This results in our customers receiving the best advice and the most competitive prices from a qualified workforce that collaborate across the various departments.
Steve Smith
Managing Director
With over 30 years in the industry, Steve has a proven track record of building successful commercial insurance brokers, including having been Managing Director and co-owner of two multi-million brokerages previously.
During his career, Steve has assisted in leading global brokerage firms expansion into the UK insurance market and also has vast experience in developing specialist insurance facilities, including those for the Logistics, Leisure, Construction and Professional sectors.
In terms of time outside of insurance, Steve is a keen golfer and enjoys playing tennis too.
Sean Killingbeck
Director
Sean is a very experienced Insurance broker having worked in the insurance sector since 1984. He has responsibility for growing and managing his own client base which consists of companies across all commercial sectors, mostly in the Mid Corporate and Corporate space.
Additionally, he takes responsibility for internal quality control and staff development in what is a growing, vibrant office with an emphasis on excellent client service and delivery.
Martin Richards
Director
An FCII qualified Chartered Insurer, Martin has spent his entire 43-year career in the non-life and pensions insurance market, predominantly as an underwriter but he has also served on the broking side. He started as a Lloyds broker in 1978, has held senior positions in Willis, AFIA & CIGNA AIG (Major Risks) & CNA insurance Co (Europe) Ltd and served as the Head of Underwriting, Mutual Manager and Managing Director (Broking) for a Mutual Management Company. His enthusiasm and passion for non-conventional solutions to insurance issues has allowed him to rapidly grow the Mutual Management side of Tower’s business model, which continues to go from strength to strength.
Adrian Mead
Director
Adrian has over 16 years of experience working in a senior position for well respected, Global Insurance Brokerages.
As an ACII qualified insurance professional, Adrian’s background as an Insurance Underwriter allows him to focus on risks and clients from an underwriting, as well as an Insurance Executive, viewpoint.
Aaron Greaves
Director
Aaron is a Chartered Company Secretary (FCG) with a Masters in Corporate Governance (MScCG) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He has over 20 years of experience in Regulation, Compliance Supervision and Mentoring.
Aaron is responsible for handling all regulatory and secretarial matters for Tower Insurance Brokers. He also provides specialist advice and secretarial functions to Tower’s Appointed Representatives.
